One holding. Five sovereign jurisdictions. Nine integrated disciplines. ETL is the accountable counterparty for operators routing cargo, crews and energy assets across West & Central Africa.
From the Gulf of Guinea to the Congo Basin, ETL Holding is the integrated counterparty operators call when downtime is not an option.
Exodus Transports & Logistics Holding was founded in Port-Gentil in 2013 as a Gabonese SARL with a single conviction — that operators servicing the Gulf of Guinea deserved one accountable partner, not a procurement matrix of fragmented vendors. Twelve years on, ETL operates as a vertically integrated group across Gabon, Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Côte d'Ivoire and Togo, with wholly-owned subsidiaries in each market.
The holding consolidates ship agency, maritime security, logistics and customs brokerage, offshore representation, fuel bunkering, waste treatment, modular construction and large-scale agriculture under unified governance. Clients sign one master agreement and clear one invoice — the cross-border execution is ours to coordinate.
Our work supports the majors that anchor the region's economy — TotalEnergies, Perenco, Maurel & Prom, Tullow Oil — alongside cruise operators, mining concessions and freight integrators. The standard we measure against is not regional; it is the global benchmark our clients apply at headquarters.
Each subsidiary is locally incorporated, locally licensed and locally led. The holding underwrites delivery; the country team executes.
Cross-border operations demand patience, redundancy and institutional memory. We have all three, accumulated since 2013.
HSE protocols, ISPS-compliant security, customs-bonded operations, waste handling certified to international standards.
No layered brokerage. Principals are reachable, crews are ours, equipment is on our balance sheet.
Berth scheduling, pilotage coordination, crew change, customs facilitation and husbandry across the deepwater ports of Owendo, Port-Gentil, Pointe-Noire, Matadi, Abidjan and Lomé.
Owned fleet operating heavy-haul, project cargo, container drayage and intermodal corridors. Active engagements include the transport of minerals, clinker and cashew exports out of Abidjan.
Modular shore-base operations at Cap Lopez supporting offshore campaigns for TotalEnergies — supply boat dispatch, warehousing, bonded staging and modular accommodation builds.
Armed escort vessels, port security details and offshore-installation protection conducted under licensed concession with vetted personnel and chain-of-custody documentation.
Licensed customs broker status across all five operating jurisdictions, with bonded warehousing, CEMAC transit guarantees and pre-clearance for time-critical shipments.
Offshore liftings and inshore bunkering of MGO, IFO and lubricants via owned barge fleet. Volume-blended contracts for vessel owners trading the Gulf of Guinea corridor.
Through NWT Gabon SA, ETL operates an industrial waste treatment facility handling hydrocarbon-contaminated water, sludge, slop, and oilfield-derived hazardous streams.
Turnkey modular accommodation, office and workshop units fabricated and installed for remote oilfield, mining and infrastructure sites. Reference build: Cap Lopez base for TotalEnergies.
Owned heavy-haul tractors and crane-mounted flatbeds for boat transfer, helicopter logistics, oversized cargo and offshore-bound project equipment.
Continuous logistical-base mandate covering modular accommodation builds, supply-boat dispatch, deck handling, bonded warehousing and crew transit for the operator’s offshore campaign portfolio.
Full husbandry for Silversea’s Silver Wind on regional itinerary — pilotage, immigration, shore excursions and provisioning under a single contract.
SEATRIBUTE offshore lifting — owner representation and bunker coordination for Gulf of Guinea tanker traffic.
Volume-blended bunker supply for Perenco-affiliated tonnage operating the Congolese basin via owned barge fleet.
Owned-fleet container drayage, minerals, clinker and cashew transport out of the Port of Abidjan.
The treatment chain from receipt to discharge — eight integrated steps under one license, one HSE team, one chain of custody. Each cell represents a stage in the active treatment line operating at the Port-Gentil facility.
Inbound liquid and solid waste accepted under signed manifest with chain-of-custody documentation.
Gravity-based oil-water separation in API-spec separators with sludge underflow capture.
Coagulation, flocculation and pH balancing of process water streams ahead of secondary stages.
Aerated biological reactor reducing residual hydrocarbon and BOD to discharge specification.
Mechanical dewatering of separator underflow producing transportable cake for downstream treatment.
Indirect-fired desorption of dewatered cake, returning cleaned solids for re-use or land application.
Treated water released under environmental permit with continuous analytical monitoring.
Per-shipment treatment report issued to the waste generator, suitable for HSE filing.
